About Seventh Disorder

Our Story

Seventh Disorder started when we (Dan, Jared and Tim) held an impromptu meeting in a downtown Beijing bar to plan the world of Mithra in late 2023.

During evenings and weekends, we built the first demo version of Mithra with help from long term collaborator (and general audio wizard) Bronson to build a demo to share during June 2024's Steam Next Fest.

We were delighted with the response from the event and decided to press ahead with creating a full version of the game. Our team grew a little bit larger as we welcomed Kater into the fold, she has been supporting Mithra with art and animation as we work towards the full release.

Our studio aims to tell an engaging story with a distinctive style, we're committed to creating experiences that are not only entertaining but also thoughtful and immersive.

Together, we as Seventh Disorder remain innovative and unique in our approach while keeping our core intention as simple as possible:

"Make things that are weird and cool."
